About Ocean View Builders

Mission

Our mission is to provide our customers with the most enjoyable and positive building experience possible.  We accomplish this by maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, the strictest attention to detail, and the highest level of customer service.  We ensure that the entire experience from vision and planning to building and completion is as enjoyable and successful as the finished product we create .

Building Philosophy

Ocean View Builders believes in a "hands-on" approach to building.  The owner, Paul, not only acts as the general contractor, but also the carpenter and foreman working on the job everday.  By physically working on the job, he is able to have constant supervision on the job to ensure that all the subcontractors are maintaining a high standard of quality and all problems or questions that arise throughout the course of the day are resolved quickly and correctly.  This allows for a more efficient work system, fewer mistakes, and a higher quality of building.  Lastly, because Paul has direct communication with his customers, he is able to transfer whatever information is necessary to the jobsite or to the customer quickly and efficiently.  Ocean View Builders believes that this "hands-on" approach provides their customers with a better overall experience and the job runs more efficiently and with a higher level of quality.

Who We Are

Paul Boehmler

Growing up in Lansdale, PA, Paul began his career in construction working as a finished carpenter trimming new construction houses during the summers of his high school years.  After graduating from LaSalle College High School in 1996, he earned an academic scholarship to attend Loyola College in Maryland.  During this time, Paul relocated to the south jersey area and continued working with different builders during the summer months.  In 2000, Paul graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.  Upon graduating, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.  Once he finished his training and returned to the civilian world, he began his full time career in the construction industry.  After working for a few more local builders, he finally settled in with Tribulski Builders in late 2001 who he worked with for the next 5 years.  This time was interrupted shortly by a 6 month tour of duty in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom IV in 2004.  Upon returning, Paul partntered with the Tribulskis to form Tribulski Boehmler Builders who operated until 2010 when Ocean View Builders was created.  He is happily married with two young children.
